Research

During her time in the Brain, Body and Self lab, Hiske was interested in how the brain integrates the various signals that play a role in proprioception, the sense of knowing where your limbs are in space, with a particular focus on the hand. Furthermore, she was also interested in neurophysiological changes that might occur during the rubber hand illusion.
