Marie Chancel, PhD
(Postdoctoral Fellow)

Research

Marie's research in the Brain, Body, and Self Laboratory focused on the relationship between multisensory processing and body ownership perception. She investigated the limits and constraints of multisensory integration on self-perception through psychophysical approaches and illusion-based paradigms. She also used computational models to understand better the probabilistic principles that determine the rubber hand illusion. In 2022, Marie started a second postdoc in in the Psychology and NeuroCognition Lab, Grenoble-Alpes University, Grenoble, France. You can find her here and here.
